I launched this business after spending over 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with the past decade in leadership roles, building and leading high-performing teams. Throughout my career, I’ve reviewed hundreds of résumés, interviewed more than 250 job seekers, and hired and coached numerous award-winning representatives. It was truly a labor of love.

After retiring in March 2024, I found myself still actively engaged with former team members, assisting them with their job searches. I helped update résumés, provided interview coaching, and offered strategic career advice. The fulfillment I felt in helping others succeed was undeniable. The overwhelmingly positive feedback—and encouragement from those I helped—inspired me to launch BrightPath Career Solutions.
